What is refactor:fastapi?

A code-refactoring guide for FastAPI applications written in Python. It focuses on FastAPI patterns, Pydantic version 2, and SOLID design principles.

Use it when cleaning up FastAPI route handlers, removing duplication, improving asynchronous code, or restructuring Python code for maintainability.

It helps turn working but hard-to-maintain code into code that is easier to read and change. It addresses oversized route handlers, blocking input/output in asynchronous routes, repeated code, and deeply nested logic.
