A data-access skill for reading information from the Stellar blockchain, a network for digital assets and smart contracts. It uses Stellar RPC first and also covers the older Horizon API, streaming, pagination, historical queries, and deep-history tools.

Use it to query balances, transactions, operations, ledgers, contracts, and historical Stellar data through RPC, Horizon, Hubble, or Galexie.

It helps developers retrieve current and historical blockchain data while handling the differences between Stellar’s newer RPC interface and legacy Horizon service.
