Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00149 | $0.01817 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00060 | $0.00727 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00030 | $0.00363 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00015 | $0.00182 |
Grade A, and why
aptly scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 90 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
aptly maintenance
The local aptly DB lives in ~/.aptly (config ~/.aptly.conf). Two publish targets share it:
| Target | Repos | Endpoint (S3 sorah-pkg) |
GPG key | Extra publish flags |
|---|---|---|---|---|
nkmideb |
nkmideb-<distro> |
s3:nkmideb: (prefix nkmideb/) |

none |
Each repo publishes as distribution <distro>, component main, architectures amd64,arm64,source. Older publishes predate those defaults: several lack arm64 or source, and nkmideb has no label/origin before bookworm. sorah-aptly-new-distro warns about such differences when rerun on an existing distro; leave them alone unless the user wants to republish. These values live in bin/lib/sorah_aptly.rb; update that file, not the individual scripts, if a target changes.
Scripts
All are in bin/ (on PATH). Every mutating script takes -n/--dry-run, which prints the aptly commands without running them. Run a dry-run first for anything that removes packages or touches many distros, and show the user what will happen.
| Script | Purpose |
|---|---|
sorah-aptly-find TARGET|all QUERY [-d distros] |
List matching packages per repo (read-only) |
sorah-aptly-add TARGET FILE... [-d distros] [-p] |
repo add files; distro taken from the ~<distro> version suffix in each filename, or -d to add every file to the listed distros |
sorah-aptly-remove TARGET QUERY [-d distros] [-p] |
repo remove matching packages from all (or listed) repos |
sorah-aptly-publish-update TARGET [DISTRO...] |
publish update with the right key; all published distros if none given |
sorah-aptly-new-distro TARGET DISTRO... [--proposed] |
repo create + initial publish repo with the target's flags |
-p/--publish on add/remove runs publish update for exactly the distros that changed. Without it the script prints the follow-up sorah-aptly-publish-update command.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

aptly is a skill published in the GitHub repository sorah/config (31 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 149 tokens to every session and 1,817 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-25.
