business-decomposition-order-quality

business-decomposition-order-quality is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from spikeHongg/china-stock-research-skills. It costs 59 tokens per session (602 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A research workflow for breaking down an A-share company, meaning a company listed on a mainland Chinese stock exchange, and checking the quality of its orders and growth.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for analysing business segments, customers, products, regions, projects, order pipelines, delivery, customer health, and cash collection, with source links for major claims.
Why use it?
It separates signed orders, backlog, delivered revenue, and collected cash so reported growth is not treated as proof of healthy business without evidence.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00059 $0.00602
Opus 5 $0.00030 $0.00301
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00120
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00060

Measured 12d ago against content hash 64051990cabe, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

business-decomposition-order-quality scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Business Decomposition Order Quality

Dissect the company's growth engine and test the quality of its orders.

Non-Negotiable Rules

  • Attach an accessible source link to every major contract, order, customer, region, and product claim.
  • Distinguish signed orders, in-hand backlog, delivered revenue, and collected cash.
  • Mark unsupported customer or pricing claims as open questions.
  • Do not do final valuation here.
  • Default every intermediate and final output to Simplified Chinese unless the user explicitly requests another language.

When to Use

  • Analyze contract-driven or project-driven growth.
  • Test whether a new growth business is high quality or just high headline revenue.
  • Review customer concentration, order cancellation, delayed execution, and region mix.

Workflow

  1. Collect all major order announcements and recent reports.
  2. Build a table of products, projects, customers, regions, contract value, term, delivery stage, and revenue-recognition method.
  3. Compare order growth with revenue growth, gross margin, receivables, contract assets, and cash collection.
  4. Review project changes, cancellations, and contract revisions for signal value.
  5. Summarize which growth is recurring, which is one-off, and which may not convert.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
