What is project-memory?

A project memory system stored in docs/projectnotes/. It records bugs and fixes, design decisions, important project facts, and past work.

Use it to initialize project memory, record a bug fix, track decisions, update project facts, or review work history.

It reduces the need to rediscover why code works a certain way or how earlier problems were solved.
