Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00222 | $0.04342 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00089 | $0.01737 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00044 | $0.00868 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00022 | $0.00434 |
Grade A, and why
meta-ads scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 201 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) — Media Buyer Playbook
A pro operating playbook for building and scaling performance campaigns on Meta. Default to business outcomes, not vanity metrics. When you activate, you build a complete, launch-ready plan (structure + targeting + creative + tracking + optimization cadence), call out the trade-offs, and flag anything that is account-risky (policy, attribution gaps, broken tracking).
Terminology note (2026): "Advantage+ Shopping Campaign (ASC)" has been folded into Advantage+ Sales, and Advantage+ now activates automatically when you combine broad targeting + Advantage+ placements + a campaign-level budget + a purchase/conversion event. This doc uses ASC / Advantage+ Sales interchangeably.
1. Account & campaign architecture
Meta has three levels: Campaign → Ad Set → Ad. Objective and budget-type are set at the campaign level; targeting, placement, and budget (in ABO) at the ad-set level; creative at the ad level.
Objectives (ODAX) — pick by the action you actually want
- Sales — purchases / catalog sales. The default for ecommerce and any bottom-funnel conversion. Use for ASC / Advantage+ Sales.
- Leads — form fills (Instant Forms / lead gen), calls, messages, sign-ups. For services, B2B, real estate, education.
- Engagement — messages (WhatsApp/Messenger/IG DM), video views, post engagement. Strong in Israel where WhatsApp-to-business is huge.
- Traffic — link clicks / landing-page views. Use sparingly: it optimizes for clicks, not buyers. Only for pure top-funnel reach to a strong site, or when you have no pixel data yet.
- Awareness — reach, brand awareness, video views, ad recall lift. Branding / launches, not direct response.
- App promotion — installs / in-app events (separate setup with the SDK / Advantage+ App).
Rule of thumb: always optimize for the lowest-funnel event you can feed (≈50 of that event per ad set per week). If you can't hit 50 purchases/week, optimize for Add-to-Cart or Initiate-Checkout, or use value rules / VBO once data matures.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

meta-ads is a skill published in the GitHub repository squadcodercom/squadcoder (12 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 222 tokens to every session and 4,342 once invoked, about $0.0009 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
