Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00209 | $0.04035 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00084 | $0.01614 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00042 | $0.00807 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00021 | $0.00404 |
Grade A, and why
tiktok-ads scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 196 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
TikTok Ads — Performance Playbook
A pro operator's guide to planning, launching, measuring, and scaling on TikTok Ads Manager (ads.tiktok.com). TikTok is a creative-first auction: the algorithm finds the buyer if the creative earns attention. Structure and bidding matter, but creative is ~70% of performance. Optimize creative volume and the first 3 seconds before you over-engineer the account.
Adapted independently for SquadCoder. Portable across Claude Code, Codex, and opencode. Verify current limits in TikTok Ads Manager + the TikTok Business Help Center before committing budget — minimums, beta features (SPC, GMV Max), and policy change frequently.
1. Account & campaign structure
Hierarchy: Account → Campaign → Ad Group → Ad. Mirrors Meta (Campaign / Ad Set / Ad).
Campaign objectives (set at campaign level — drives optimization + available placements):
- Reach — max unique users (CPM buy, awareness).
- Video Views — cheap views / 6s-views (top-funnel, build retargeting pools).
- Traffic — clicks/landing-page-views to site or app.
- Community Interaction — follows + profile visits (grow the organic account).
- Lead Generation — Instant Forms (native lead form) or website leads.
- Website Conversions — Pixel/Events-API conversion events (the workhorse for e-com/lead-gen).
- Product Sales (Catalog / Shop) — Video Shopping Ads, Product Shopping Ads, LIVE Shopping; GMV Max auto-optimizes Shop sales.
- App Promotion — installs + in-app events (AEO/VBO via MMP — AppsFlyer/Adjust/Singular).
Account structure rules of thumb:
- Consolidate. TikTok's smart delivery needs ~50 optimization events per ad group per week to exit Learning. Fewer, bigger ad groups learn faster than many tiny ones.
- Don't over-segment audiences. Broad + strong creative usually beats narrow interest stacks. Start broad, let signal do the work.
- One clear objective per campaign. Don't mix awareness + conversion intent in one campaign.
- Naming convention so reporting is sane, e.g.
[Objective]_[Audience]_[Geo]_[Date]→CONV_Broad_IL_2026-06. - Test → Scale split: a "testing" campaign (many creatives, small budgets) feeding winners into a "scaling" campaign (CBO-style, proven creative).
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

tiktok-ads is a skill published in the GitHub repository squadcodercom/squadcoder (12 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 209 tokens to every session and 4,035 once invoked, about $0.0008 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
