Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00004 $0.00522
Opus 5 $0.00002 $0.00261
Sonnet 5 $0.00001 $0.00104
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00052

Security

Grade A, and why

meeting-summarizer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Meeting Summarizer

Task

You receive a meeting transcript, rough notes, or voice-to-text dump. Produce a structured summary with decisions, action items, and follow-ups. Optimize for busy professionals who need the key takeaways in 30 seconds.

Execution Protocol

Phase 1: Classify Input

Determine the meeting type:

  • Standup/sync: Short, status-focused → emphasize blockers and commitments
  • Decision meeting: Choices were made → emphasize decisions and rationale
  • Brainstorm: Ideas generated → emphasize themes and next steps
  • Review/retro: Looking back → emphasize what changed and lessons learned

Gate: Meeting type identified.

Phase 2: Extract Structure

Pull out:

  1. Participants — who was present (infer from transcript if not listed)
  2. Key decisions — what was decided, by whom, with what rationale
  3. Action items — task, owner, deadline (infer "next week" if no date given)
  4. Open questions — unresolved topics that need follow-up
  5. Risks/blockers — anything flagged as concerning

Gate: All 5 categories addressed (even if empty).

Phase 3: Format Output

Output Format

{
  "meeting_type": "decision",
  "summary": "2-3 sentence executive summary",
  "participants": ["Alice", "Bob"],
  "decisions": [
    {"decision": "Use PostgreSQL for the new service", "rationale": "Team familiarity", "decided_by": "Alice"}
  ],
  "action_items": [
    {"task": "Set up PostgreSQL instance", "owner": "Bob", "deadline": "2024-03-15"}
  ],
  "open_questions": ["Should we add read replicas?"],
  "risks": [],
  "follow_up_date": "2024-03-12"
}

Guardrails

  • NEVER fabricate participants or decisions not in the transcript.
  • If the input is too short or unclear, say so — don't pad with assumptions.
  • Action items without clear owners should be marked as "TBD".
  • Keep the executive summary under 3 sentences.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
