Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00082 | $0.00738 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00041 | $0.00369 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00016 | $0.00148 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00074 |
Grade A, and why
liam-audiences scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 61 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Liam: audience ops
Most "retargeting is not working" and "campaign will not serve" problems are audience problems. This skill keeps the matched-audience layer healthy: what exists, what state it is in, and how lists get in and stay fresh.
How to reach Liam
Prefer the liam MCP tools if loaded: get_audience_status, upload_audience_csv,
audience_from_salesforce, list_campaigns, list_ad_changes. CLI: liam audience status <segmentId>, liam audience upload, liam audience from-salesforce.
Inventory
Liam has no list-all-segments call, so assemble the inventory honestly from three
sources: the change journal (list_ad_changes records every segment Liam created,
with dates), campaign targeting where list_campaigns exposes attached audiences,
and the user's own knowledge. Say explicitly when the inventory may be incomplete.
Health checks, per audience
- Status. Matching takes up to 48h; still matching beyond that is a finding.
- Size. Under ~300 matched members the audience will not serve at all. Between 300 and ~1,000 it serves but is unstable and fatigues fast; note it.
- Staleness. Use the journal's creation date. A contact list from a quarter ago has decayed (people change jobs at B2B rates of ~3% a month); recommend a refresh cadence of monthly for active lists, quarterly at minimum.
- Orphans. Segments attached to no campaign are clutter or forgotten intent; propose attaching or retiring them.
- Fatigue signal. A small audience plus week-over-week CTR decline on the campaigns using it means the same people are seeing tired creative; fix with new creative or a bigger list.
Upload discipline
Always --dry-run first and show the cleaned columns and row count before uploading
anything. Liam auto-cleans: normalizes column names, drops non-matcher columns,
hashes emails, converts company domains to website URLs, and auto-detects contact vs
company lists. Warn on anything under 300 rows: it will never serve.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

liam-audiences is a skill published in the GitHub repository stan-rym/liam-linkedin-ads-MCP (22 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 82 tokens to every session and 738 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
