Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00091 | $0.01470 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00046 | $0.00735 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00018 | $0.00294 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00147 |
Grade A, and why
stays scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 85 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Hotels & vacation rentals (StayingAPI)
This plugin bundles the hosted stayingapi MCP server (https://mcp.stayingapi.com/mcp). Its seven tools are the only data path — never scrape Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or Google Hotels, and never call the REST API directly from this skill.
All seven tools are read-only. Nothing here can book, cancel or change a reservation. Always hand the user the listing url so they can complete a booking themselves.
Authentication is automatic. The MCP server uses OAuth: the first tool call prompts the user to sign in (or create a free account — 300 credits, no card). There is no API key to configure. If tools fail with an auth error, tell the user to complete the sign-in prompt in their client, or re-enable the stayingapi MCP server in settings.
When to use
DO use when the user:
- Wants to find somewhere to stay in a place, optionally for dates and a party size →
search_stays - Asks what a specific property costs for their dates →
get_price - Asks "is it cheaper on Booking or Airbnb?", or wants the best rate across sites →
compare_prices - Asks whether a place is free on given dates, or what its minimum stay is →
check_availability - Wants detail on one listing — amenities, photos, host, location, rating →
get_listing - Asks what guests said about a property →
get_reviews
Do NOT use when:
- The user wants flights, trains or car hire — out of scope
- A hotel or city appears incidentally, with no request for accommodation data
- The user asks you to book something — you cannot; produce the listing URL instead
Tools (exact MCP surface)
search_stays — the breadth tool
location(string, required): place name ("Split, HR") orlat,lng.checkIn/checkOut(date,YYYY-MM-DD): required together, not in the past.adults/children/childAges[]/rooms—childAges[]length must equalchildren.platforms[]:airbnb|booking|vrbo|google— drives fan-out. Restrict this when the user only cares about one site; each extra platform costs more.propertyType[],amenities[],minBedrooms,priceMin,priceMax,minGuestRating.limit(1–40),cursor,sort(recommended|price_asc|price_desc|rating_desc),currency.- Returns results merged into one schema. Keep
limittight — results are the main cost driver. Carryplatform+platformListingIdfrom results into every follow-up tool.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

stays is a skill published in the GitHub repository stayingapi/hotel-vacation-rental-mcp (0 stars, last pushed 17d ago), licensed MIT.
