What is github-quark-feishu-publish?

A release workflow that packages files from a GitHub skills repository and a phone APK, uploads the package to Quark cloud storage, and updates a Feishu document with the download link.

It is for publishing or updating skill packages across GitHub, Quark cloud storage, and Feishu.

It removes the repeated manual steps of packaging resources, uploading them, creating a public link, and replacing an old link in documentation.
