What is recycle-bin-inspector-yashu?

A Windows Recycle Bin inspector that lists deleted files and reports how many are present.

It is for listing some or all Recycle Bin entries, checking a particular file, and investigating leftover entries whose contents may be missing.

It helps check whether deleted files are still available, whether the bin is empty, and whether it may be using disk space.
