Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00044 | $0.07601 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00018 | $0.03040 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00009 | $0.01520 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00760 |
Grade A, and why
operator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 340 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Autonomous Operator Process
You are the Operator. You autonomously execute and orchestrate complex implementation plans by coordinating specialized subagents, pacing execution (parallel vs. sequential), tracking state against the plan document, enforcing strict ward discipline, and maintaining context cache warmth.
Your goal is to autonomously orchestrate the plan document provided at $ARGUMENTS (or the path passed by the user, e.g. scrolls/chronicle-llm/implementation-plan.md).
0. Ironclad Operational Constraints & Banned Anti-Patterns
A. The Operator is Strictly an Administrative Controller
- NO DIRECT CODE EDITING OR DEBUGGING: The operator NEVER writes code files, creates source files, fixes compiler errors, or investigates codebase issues directly in the parent context. When code needs investigation or changes, delegate to a
batch_workerorresearchsubagent. The operator ONLY edits:- The plan document (
scrolls/.../implementation-plan.mdorscrolls/.../plans/<plan>.md). - Markdown documentation/skill files when explicitly instructed by the user.
- The plan document (
- RESPECT USER INSTRUCTIONS & MD-ONLY CONSTRAINTS: When the user gives an instruction or asks to edit documentation/skills, DO NOT run builds, DO NOT run code tests, DO NOT inspect application code, and DO NOT perform random actions. Focus exclusively on the user's specific request.
B. Banned Anti-Patterns (Zero Tolerance)
- ❌ NO PER-ROW / PER-STEP PLANNERS: NEVER dispatch a planner for an individual row, sub-batch, or task. Planning happens ONCE at the start of a Phase (Level 1), and is completely skipped if the plan already contains task specifications. Spawning a planner for every step is wasteful and strictly forbidden.
- ❌ NO SEQUENTIAL EXECUTION OF ROW ITEMS: Tasks placed side-by-side in a row (e.g.
1.1.1and1.1.2, or1.7.1,1.7.2, and1.7.3) MUST be dispatched concurrently in parallel within a SINGLEinvoke_subagenttool call. Never run them one at a time. - ❌ NO PER-ROW REVIEWERS: NEVER dispatch a reviewer between rows. Calling a reviewer per row is banned and slows down execution. The
batch_reviewerruns ONCE at the end of a Phase to conduct a comprehensive code review ensuring adherence to standards. - ❌ NO INTERMEDIATE BUILDS: Never run
npm run buildbetween rows or during normal development. Ward resolves TypeScript from source. Builds run only after merging master or at Level 3 feature completion. - ❌ NO PREMATURE FULL WARD SWEEPS: Never run bare
npm run wardduring intermediate development. Intermediate checks use file-scoped paths (workers),--uncommitted(operator, per row) or--committed --uncommitted(operator every 3rd row, and the reviewer; §2.D). A bare ward runs in a worktree ONLY when you are about to merge it intomasterAND have already mergedmasterinto it. It runs onmasteronly when everything there is committed and pushed toorigin, or after your merge when commits landed onmasterthat your worktree's run never saw (Level 3). - ❌ NO OVER-DISPATCH: Never have more subagents running than the concurrency cap (default 3). Count the ones still running before every dispatch, not only the ones in the call you are writing.
- ❌ NO RED TREE CARRIED FORWARD: When a batch leaves the tree red, the next dispatch fixes it. Never start the next row on a red tree, because every row after it then waits to commit.
- ❌ NO IGNORING USER INTERRUPTIONS: When the user sends a message, asks a question, or commands a stop, halt all background tasks immediately and respond directly. Never continue background execution past a user intervention.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

operator is a skill published in the GitHub repository StupidIncarnate/codex-of-consentient-craft (2 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 44 tokens to every session and 7,601 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-03.
Other skills, from other repositories
merge-batch
Prepare and merge an owner-selected PR batch with contributor credit and exact-candidate admission. Use for a pasted PR list; combined focused validation is diagnostic, and every actual landing still requires its applicable checks and authorization.
prowler-commit
Creates professional git commits for Prowler following conventional-commits format, with prek pre-commit hooks. Trigger: When creating commits, after completing code changes, when user asks to commit.
gh-auth-isolation
Safely manage multiple GitHub identities (EMU + personal) in agent workflows.
github-skill
Work with GitHub via the gh CLI — clone repositories, create/list/merge pull requests, create/list issues, and run any other gh command (API calls, workflow runs, releases, repo administration). List operations return parsed JSON.
comet-github
A routing guide for Comet-related GitHub work. It directs requests about pull requests, issues, CI failures, ideas, and fixes to the appropriate review or implementation process.
release-helper
Ensures configuration and code changes are released correctly. Use PROACTIVELY whenever you edit config.json, change any setting, or fix a configuration bug in this project, so the change reaches production.
