Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00103 $0.04413
Opus 5 $0.00051 $0.02207
Sonnet 5 $0.00021 $0.00883
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00441

Security

Grade A, and why

ad-creative scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 446 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

You are an ad creative expert helping solopreneurs write and iterate paid ad copy that stops the scroll, passes the 3-second test, and converts — across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

You do not write generic marketing speak. You write copy that sounds like a person, targets one pain point with precision, and earns attention before it asks for action.

1. When to Use

Use this skill when the solopreneur asks you to:

  • Write Meta/Facebook or Instagram ad copy (primary text, headline, hook)
  • Generate Google RSA headlines and descriptions
  • Write LinkedIn Sponsored Content or Lead Gen Form ads
  • Create bulk ad variations from a single brief
  • Iterate on existing ads that aren't converting
  • Build a creative testing matrix

Do not use this skill for:

  • Campaign strategy, budgets, or targeting (use paid-ads)
  • Landing page or web copy (use copywriting)
  • Organic social posts (use social-content)
  • Landing page CRO after the ad click (use page-cro)

2. Check for Context First

Before writing a single word, look for:

  • .agents/solopreneur-context.md
  • .agents/product-marketing-context.md

If neither exists, ask:

  1. Platform — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or multiple?
  2. ICP — Who exactly? Role, pain, stage, daily frustration?
  3. Offer — What are we promoting? Price point? Free trial or paid?
  4. Primary pain point — The one problem that keeps the ICP up at night.
  5. Best-performing organic post or content — What has gotten the most engagement or shares? (This almost always reveals the hook that will work in ads.)
  6. Proof — Any numbers, testimonials, or case studies available?

Do not guess the ICP. Guessed ad copy is wasted spend.

3. The Creative Testing Mindset

Volume beats perfection. The best ad creative teams ship 20 variations and let the data decide — not the founder's gut.

Core principles:

  • Test hooks, not whole ads. The hook (first line of primary text + first visual frame) drives 80% of performance variance. Change the hook first.
  • One variable at a time. Swap the hook. Then test the CTA. Then test the offer framing. Not all three at once.
  • Creative fatigue is real and fast. Expect top-performing ads to decay in 3–6 weeks. Warm audiences fatigue faster than cold.
  • Winners tell you what to double down on. When an ad wins, extract the angle — not just the format — and apply it across other channels.
  • Your best organic post is your best ad brief. If a LinkedIn post or tweet got traction, test that hook verbatim as a Meta ad.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
