What is learn-from-session?

A session-review skill that finds possible lessons in the current conversation, critiques them through eight rules, and saves only the lessons that pass.

Use it to capture reusable lessons from a coding session and place them in the appropriate session-memory or long-term knowledge store.

It filters out duplicates, unhelpful advice, and harmful habits before adding anything to the lesson store.
