A repeatable health check for a project portfolio’s internal setup. It checks linked instructions, project records, daily notes, and placeholders, then creates a summary from a fresh read.

Use it after updating the framework, adding a project, or cleaning up a busy period. It verifies the portfolio’s wiring and overall coherence.

It helps find broken links, inconsistent records, stale notes, and unfinished placeholders after changes or periods of disorganisation. The cold-read summary checks whether the setup still makes sense as a whole.
