Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00027 | $0.00461 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00014 | $0.00230 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00092 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00046 |
Grade A, and why
mobile-completion-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Mobile Completion Plan
Required Input
Use audit findings from mobile-app-audit. If no audit exists, stop and audit first.
Plan File
Use docs/mobile-resume/YYYY-MM-DD-mobile-completion-plan.md.
Use the current local date for a new run. For the current run, update that file in place,
preserving Audit Findings, completed items, and approval history. An audit file marked
Plan Status: Audit complete — planning pending is the same run. Add a numeric
suffix only for a distinct run whose filename collides.
Required Sections
- Source: repo, framework, SDK version, audited revision when available, and relevant uncommitted changes.
- Audit Findings: preserve the audit's evidence.
- Completion Status: Done / Partial / Broken / Missing for screens, nav, API, auth, state, permissions, assets, tests, build config; distinguish unverified areas.
- Screen Inventory and Status: file path and implemented / partial / broken per screen; implemented does not imply runtime verification.
- Implementation Checklist: checkboxes with file paths, observable done conditions, and verification commands (or Test Plan IDs).
- Test Plan: what to run and what to add.
- Build and Release Checklist: app config, env vars, and signing; include
eas.jsononly when EAS is targeted. - Acceptance Criteria: conditions that define completion.
- Approval: do not edit app code before approval.
Order executable tasks by dependencies, prioritizing broken screens over partial
screens. Identify blocked items and the next unblocked action. Record evidence and
shared verification commands once, then reference them. Use None with a reason
for inapplicable sections and Unknown for unverified areas.
Approval Gate
For unapproved or changed scope, set Plan Status: Planning complete — approval pending,
link the plan, summarize status/blockers, and request approval. Preserve existing
approval for unchanged scope. Do not edit app code before approval.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

mobile-completion-plan is a skill published in the GitHub repository suntay44/web-to-mobile-magic-plugin (106 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 27 tokens to every session and 461 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
