- Target is in scope (
scope/scope-master.txt, engagement ROE). - Load

- Reverse proxy or CDN in front of application server (nginx, HAProxy, Cloudflare)
- Mixed Content-Length and Transfer-Encoding handling
- HTTP/2 front-end with HTTP/1.1 back-end downgrade
- Inconsistent timeout or error behavior on malformed requests
- CL.TE or TE.CL desync indicators in research or prior findings
