What is issue-lifecycle?

A guided process for triaging issues and refining implementation plans in the swamp-club lab. Triage means examining an issue, deciding what it needs, and setting priorities or next steps.

Use it to triage swamp-club issues, create implementation plans, review plans, and iterate on them.

It turns an issue into an actionable plan and supports revising that plan when feedback arrives.
