cloakbrowser-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/interview-me/SKILL.md

interview-me is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from swimmwatch/cloakbrowser-mcp. It costs 93 tokens per session (427 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guided question-and-answer process for resolving important project choices. It checks the code and documentation first, then records agreed decisions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when you want to be interviewed about requirements, design choices, or an unfinished specification. It helps turn your answers into documented project decisions.
Why use it?
It prevents the agent from asking for facts already visible in the project or guessing about unresolved choices. It also leaves a durable record of the answers.

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents); mentions AGENTS.md.

This is swimmwatch/cloakbrowser-mcp's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on cloakbrowser-mcp itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything cloakbrowser-mcp configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00093 $0.00427
Opus 5 $0.00046 $0.00214
Sonnet 5 $0.00019 $0.00085
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00043

Security

Grade A, and why

interview-me scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Interview Me

  1. Read AGENTS.md, relevant implementation, tests, docs, and existing decisions. Use CodeGraph before broad source search when indexed.
  2. List established facts, unresolved material choices, and the artifact or decision each answer will unblock. Do not ask repository-observable facts.
  3. Inspect Prompt MCP schemas. Start or reopen a persistent workspace interview with a stable ID such as interview:<topic-slug>.
  4. Use ask_user_batch for one to five related questions or ask_user for one focused decision. Give questions, categories, options, revisions, and idempotency keys stable semantic IDs.
  5. Use single, multiple, and text according to answer semantics. Label an evidence-backed recommendation (Recommended); do not add Other or steer the user when evidence is inconclusive.
  6. Treat only committed answers as decisions. Handle cancellation, timeout, unavailability, invalid input, conflict, failure, pause, and recovery explicitly without inference.
  7. Reflect each answer against repository evidence and save normalized, non-sensitive decisions in the requested durable artifact. When the interview feeds /spec, follow .agents/references/specification-interview.md and its ledger.
  8. After interruption, inspect the stored interview and resume unresolved questions only. Never repeat a committed question unnecessarily.

Stop when the requested artifact can be produced without inventing material behavior. Do not automatically create a specification, plan, implementation, commit, PR, or release.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
