cloakbrowser-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/project-docs-maintainer/SKILL.md

project-docs-maintainer is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from swimmwatch/cloakbrowser-mcp. It costs 89 tokens per session (465 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A maintainer for a project's documentation set, including its README, detailed guides, security information, and generated reference pages. It checks statements against the code and project files.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when the project documentation needs organizing, auditing, consolidation, or an authorized public update. It covers guides, configuration, tools, Docker, security, compatibility, and CLI reference material.
Why use it?
It helps find outdated, duplicated, or contradictory documentation. It keeps each fact in the appropriate source and helps localized pages stay aligned with the project.

This is swimmwatch/cloakbrowser-mcp's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on cloakbrowser-mcp itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything cloakbrowser-mcp configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00089 $0.00465
Opus 5 $0.00044 $0.00233
Sonnet 5 $0.00018 $0.00093
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00047

Measured 9d ago against content hash cd401111fd2b, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

project-docs-maintainer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Project Docs Maintainer

  1. Read AGENTS.md and identify one canonical owner for each fact: README.md for concise entry points; the nearest English docs/*.md page for detail; SECURITY.md for vulnerability policy; docs/data/version-compatibility.json for generated compatibility tables; generated CLI sources for CLI reference; CHANGELOG.md for released and unreleased changes.
  2. Verify claims against source, tests, package.json, server.json, Dockerfile, scripts, and workflows. Use CodeGraph before broad source search when indexed. Distinguish current behavior from proposals.
  3. Reconcile duplicated, stale, and contradictory guidance by updating the smallest authoritative section and linking to it.
  4. Preserve bridge ownership: upstream Playwright MCP tools remain unchanged, local tools remain explicit, and stdio/HTTP, child-process, profile, filesystem/network, Docker, Node/platform, and package constraints remain accurate.
  5. Follow the surgical locale update and translation-manifest procedure in AGENTS.md. Do not bulk-regenerate translations or defer a touched locale silently. Use Prompt MCP for a material scope decision that evidence cannot resolve.
  6. Do not hand-edit generated compatibility tables or generated CLI content. Use their owning scripts only when that generated scope is requested.
  7. Run applicable npm run docs:build, npm run docs:seo:validate, npm run docs:translations:check, npm run docs:compatibility:check, and npm run check.

Report canonical owners changed, generated outputs refreshed, locale handling, and exact check results. Stop before changelog, release, publishing, or PR work unless separately authorized.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
