MikroCLAW: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/mikrotik-health-check/SKILL.md

mikrotik-health-check is a skill for Claude Code from Syamsuddin/MikroCLAW. It costs 92 tokens per session (844 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A read-only health and maintenance check for a MikroTik router. It reviews the device’s software, uptime, processor, memory, storage, temperature, power, network ports, internet connection, and clock.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to check whether a router is running normally, review RouterOS and firmware updates, inspect ports and the internet connection, and find recent warnings or errors.
Why use it?
It brings hardware, software, connection, and recent error information into one status report. This helps reveal resource shortages, overheating, failed links, missing updates, or time-sync problems.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00092 $0.00844
Opus 5 $0.00046 $0.00422
Sonnet 5 $0.00018 $0.00169
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00084

Measured 11d ago against content hash 242ab70de1a4, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

mikrotik-health-check scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

MikroTik Health Check

Orkestrasi tool MikroCLAW (MCP server mikroclaw) untuk potret kesehatan router. Read-only (kecuali user minta tindakan). Beri indikator status per area.

Tool yang dipakai

  • mcp__mikroclaw__system_resource — versi, uptime, CPU, RAM, disk, board
  • mcp__mikroclaw__system_health — suhu, tegangan, kipas (jika ada)
  • mcp__mikroclaw__routerboard_info — firmware terpasang vs tersedia
  • mcp__mikroclaw__check_for_updates — update RouterOS dari channel
  • mcp__mikroclaw__system_packages — paket terpasang/disabled
  • mcp__mikroclaw__system_license — level lisensi/CHR
  • mcp__mikroclaw__list_interfaces — interface running/down
  • mcp__mikroclaw__ip_cloud + mcp__mikroclaw__dhcp_client — status WAN/IP publik
  • mcp__mikroclaw__ntp_client — sinkronisasi waktu
  • mcp__mikroclaw__recent_logs — error/warning terbaru

Prosedur

  1. Sistem. system_resource: catat versi RouterOS, uptime, free-memory vs total, free-hdd-space, cpu-load. Tandai ⚠️ jika cpu-load tinggi, memori/disk < 15%.
  2. Sensor. system_health: suhu/voltase di luar normal → ⚠️/❌. (Kosong = board tak punya sensor, tandai informasi saja.)
  3. Firmware & update. routerboard_info (current vs upgrade firmware), check_for_updates (installed vs latest), system_packages. Sarankan upgrade bila ada selisih versi.
  4. Lisensi. system_license (relevan untuk CHR).
  5. Interface. list_interfaces: hitung berapa running vs disabled vs down; soroti interface penting yang down dan error/drop counter tinggi.
  6. WAN. dhcp_client & ip_cloud: pastikan ada IP WAN & IP publik; tandai bila tidak dapat IP.
  7. Waktu. ntp_client: pastikan tersinkron (penting untuk log/sertifikat).
  8. Log. recent_logs (limit 50): kutip error/warning yang menonjol.

Format laporan

## Health Check — <identitas router> (RouterOS <versi>, uptime <…>)
| Area | Status | Catatan |
|-------------|--------|---------|
| CPU/Memori | ✅/⚠️/❌ | … |
| Penyimpanan | … | … |
| Suhu/Daya | … | … |
| Firmware | … | terpasang X, tersedia Y |
| Update OS | … | … |
| Interface | … | N running / M down |
| WAN | … | IP publik … |
| Waktu (NTP) | … | … |

## Tindakan disarankan
1. …

Selalu sebutkan jika suatu data tidak tersedia (mis. sensor/paket tidak ada), bukan menganggapnya error.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
