What is mikrotik-twin?

A read-only simulator for tracing a hypothetical network packet through a live MikroTik configuration. It follows traffic rules for marking, address translation, routing, and filtering, and can compare a proposed firewall rule before and after it is added.

Use it to test whether a client can reach a destination, inspect port-forwarding and filtering behavior, and evaluate a new firewall rule before applying it.

It lets you predict whether traffic would be allowed or blocked without changing the router. The trace shows which stages and rules affected the result.

Prosedur
