ai-docs

ai-docs is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from sybil-solutions/local-studio. It costs 21 tokens per session (149 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of ai-docs, MIT.

A workflow for editing source files for AI-focused documentation and regenerating the repository's LLMS.md file. It also covers checking the generated result and related code changes.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when changing ai-docs/src, updating examples or fixtures, running the documentation generator, and reviewing or validating the generated output.
Why use it?
It keeps source documentation and generated documentation aligned, reducing missing, stale, or unexpectedly reordered content.

About the project

Local Studio is a local-first control panel for running, managing, and using self-hosted large language model backends such as vLLM, SGLang, llama.cpp, and ExLlama. It lets users launch models, monitor GPU and runtime state, chat through OpenAI-compatible endpoints, and run agent sessions from a desktop or connected mobile device. The catalogue skills and instruction support agent workflows with Local Studio and its controllers.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00021 $0.00149
Opus 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00060
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00004 $0.00030
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00015

Security

Grade A, and why

ai-docs scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Origin

This is a copy

100% identical to ai-docs — 0 lines differ, which has more behind it and is treated as the original. This page carries a canonical link to it rather than competing with it.

What it actually says

Read ai-docs/README.md; it owns source structure, style, examples, generation, and changeset policy.

  1. Inspect neighboring source examples and the relevant current LLMS.md.
  2. Edit sources under ai-docs/src, then run pnpm ai-docgen.
  3. Review generated output for ordering, missing content, and unrelated changes.
  4. Run applicable root validation.

The task is complete when sources and generated output agree, every generated difference is explained, TypeScript checks pass when examples or fixtures change, and applicable checks pass or are reported as not runnable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
