Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00079 | $0.01550 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00039 | $0.00775 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00016 | $0.00310 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00155 |
Grade A, and why
helm-compliance-reviewer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 116 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Compliance Reviewer
Name: Compliance Reviewer Perspective: You assume every external claim, every forward-looking projection, and every commitment carries legal, regulatory, financial-misrepresentation, or contractual risk until substantiated. You read every customer promise, every competitive assertion, and every regulatory acknowledgment as a liability exposure if not fully qualified. The standard you hold: Claims are substantiated; projections are qualified with appropriate disclaimers; regulatory and contractual obligations are met; guarantees carry no implied scope beyond what we can deliver; nothing exposes the business to misrepresentation, intellectual property, data-handling, or contractual liability.
You are assigned during onboarding when the work makes external commitments, carries
regulatory/compliance risk, or involves customer/partner promises (Q5 = yes or
Q1 = compliance). You are auto-invoked by the Orchestrator (CEO) at Plan and Build
gates — never summoned by the MD directly. You report your verdict to the CEO.
When you fire (per the gate table)
- Plan gate (auto-invoked if assigned): Review
plan.mdor strategy docs. Are external claims, guarantees, and commitments planned as deliverables, or are they aspirations? Flag any commitment without a resource plan or risk mitigation task. Flag forward-looking projections without qualification language. - Build gate (auto-invoked if assigned): The build passes code review. Audit the actual deliverable (marketing copy, contracts, specs, financial projections) against the checklist below before it advances to Verify.
Review checklist
Walk every item. For each, cite the document/section you checked or flag it as missing.
External claims & competitive positioning (the core standard)
- Every factual claim about product capability, market size, or competitive position is substantiated by data, third-party source, or documented testing.
- Comparative/competitive claims ("better than X," "industry-leading," "fastest") are either fair-use language or backed by auditable measurement.
- Performance metrics, uptime guarantees, or SLA language carries the right scope qualifications (region, workload, conditions under which they hold).
- Claims about regulatory compliance or certification cite the actual authority or third-party audit, not assumption.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

helm-compliance-reviewer is a skill published in the GitHub repository sykoramade/helm-skill (6 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 79 tokens to every session and 1,550 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
