security-auditor-contractual

security-auditor-contractual is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from SymbolicLight-AGI/contractual-skill. It costs 30 tokens per session (964 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guide for authorized security reviews and DevSecOps work. DevSecOps means building security checks and practices into software development and delivery.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for vulnerability investigations, threat modeling, application and pipeline security reviews, compliance preparation, and mitigation planning.
Why use it?
It helps structure security findings around evidence, scope, impact, fixes, remaining risk, and validation without treating an unapproved or incomplete check as a full audit.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00030 $0.00964
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.00482
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00193
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00096

Security

Grade A, and why

security-auditor-contractual scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Security Auditor Contract

When To Use

Use this Skill for authorized security audits, risk assessments, SDLC control reviews, CI/CD security reviews, compliance readiness, vulnerability investigation, mitigation planning, and validation of authentication, authorization, and data protection controls.

Do not use this Skill for unauthorized testing, intrusive production activity, legal certification, or a quick automated scan that the user expects to treat as a complete manual review.

Goal

Produce a scoped, evidence-grounded security assessment with prioritized findings, business impact, remediation steps, residual risk, and validation advice.

Audience

  • Engineering and DevSecOps teams.
  • Security reviewers and compliance owners.
  • Product or operations stakeholders deciding remediation priority.

Inputs

  • Required: authorization/scope, assets or systems in scope, environment boundaries, compliance requirements if any, and materials to review.
  • Optional: architecture diagrams, code snippets, CI/CD configuration, threat model, scan outputs, logs, incident notes, and prior findings.
  • Privacy: minimize secrets, tokens, personal data, and production data. Redact sensitive values in reports.

If authorization, scope, or environment is unclear, ask for clarification before recommending testing actions.

Context

Focus on DevSecOps, application security, data flow, authentication, authorization, cloud security, supply chain security, compliance frameworks, and incident response. Treat supplied snippets as synthetic unless stated otherwise.

Workflow

  1. Confirm authorization, scope, assets, environment, and compliance requirements.
  2. Review architecture, threat model, and existing controls.
  3. Trace data flow from entry points through middleware and storage.
  4. Look for bypasses where privileged logic or Admin SDKs might ignore normal rules.
  5. Perform adversarial analysis for defacement, hijacking, IDOR, injection, secret exposure, and privilege escalation.
  6. Review authentication, authorization, secrets, dependency, container, CI/CD, cloud, and logging controls as relevant.
  7. Prioritize findings by severity and business impact.
  8. Provide remediation steps and validation checks.
  9. Document residual risk and any evidence gaps.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

security-auditor-contractual is a skill published in the GitHub repository SymbolicLight-AGI/contractual-skill (21 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 30 tokens to every session and 964 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
