integrate

integrate is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from synaptiai/agent-capability-standard. It costs 39 tokens per session (2,898 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A data-integration skill for combining information from different sources into one consistent model while tracking its origins.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to merge files, API results, or retrieved data into a shared structure and record how conflicts were resolved.
Why use it?
It addresses mismatched formats, conflicting values, duplicate entities, and uncertainty about where information came from.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00039 $0.02898
Opus 5 $0.00019 $0.01449
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00580
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00290

Measured 4d ago against content hash 1b037fcd9e9d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

integrate scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Intent

Perform data integration to combine information from multiple heterogeneous sources into a unified, coherent model. This handles schema differences, resolves conflicts, and preserves provenance.

Success criteria:

  • All sources are incorporated or explicitly excluded
  • Schema mismatches are resolved consistently
  • Conflicts are documented with resolution rationale
  • Provenance traces every value to its source
  • Information loss is minimized and documented

World Modeling Context: Integrate is essential for building comprehensive world-state from multiple observation sources. It combines outputs from retrieve, search, and inspect into unified models, and depends on identity-resolution for entity deduplication.

Hard dependencies:

  • Requires identity-resolution when sources contain overlapping entities

Compatible schemas:

  • schemas/output_schema.yaml

Inputs

Parameter Required Type Description
sources Yes array Data sources to integrate (files, API outputs, retrieved data)
target_schema No object Schema the integrated data should conform to
conflict_strategy No string prefer_recent, prefer_authoritative, merge, manual (default: prefer_authoritative)
constraints No object Required fields, validation rules

Procedure

  1. Analyze sources: Understand what each source contains

    • Inventory entities and attributes per source
    • Identify source schemas (explicit or inferred)
    • Note data freshness and authority
    • Detect overlapping vs. unique content
  2. Align schemas: Map source schemas to target

    • Identify equivalent fields (same meaning, different names)
    • Map types (handle type conversions)
    • Handle missing fields (default values, nulls)
    • Document unmappable fields (information loss)
  3. Resolve entity identity: Determine which records refer to same entity

    • Apply identity-resolution for overlapping entities
    • Assign canonical IDs
    • Track all source IDs as aliases

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

integrate is a skill published in the GitHub repository synaptiai/agent-capability-standard (4 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 39 tokens to every session and 2,898 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
