AAMAD: Skill for Cursor

.cursor/skills/draw-diagram/SKILL.md

draw-diagram is a skill for Cursor from synaptic-ai-consulting/AAMAD. It costs 73 tokens per session (930 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A diagram-making method that creates editorial HTML and SVG figures for project documents. It covers architecture, sequences, flows, states, deployments, data models, and user journeys.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for drawing diagrams for technical specifications and build documents, then linking the exported SVG from the relevant document section.
Why use it?
It gives project documents a consistent way to show relationships and processes when prose or tables are not clear enough.

Skill for Cursor

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00073 $0.00930
Opus 5.5 $0.00029 $0.00372
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00015 $0.00186
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00093

Measured 4d ago against content hash 0541f483aad7, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

draw-diagram scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 65 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Draw diagram

Default diagram tool for AAMAD personas. Invocation: *draw-diagram, or any point in an artifact where a diagram is the right presentation.

The visual system is Diagram Design (MIT, Cathryn Lavery), vendored at vendor/diagram-design/. Read reference.md for which persona may draw which type. Read vendor/diagram-design/DESIGN.md, then only the one type reference it selects.

When to draw

When the document you are writing needs a diagram, draw it with this skill before you finish the artifact. That includes an architecture view, a sequence, a flow, a state machine, a deployment picture, a data model, or a journey.

Do not draw a section that is clearer as prose or a table. Do not add a figure that restates a paragraph without showing structure.

Do not use Mermaid, PlantUML, Graphviz, ASCII art, or another diagram library for a new diagram. Link the exported SVG from the markdown section it illustrates.

Leave an existing project-context/diagrams/<persona-id>/<slug>.html alone unless that figure is what you are updating. Edit that file. Do not redraw it from scratch. If a markdown section already contains a Mermaid diagram and you are replacing that figure, remove the Mermaid block and link the SVG. If you are not changing that figure, leave the Mermaid block in place.

What you may draw

Every box, edge, and label must come from this persona's declared inputs (PRD, SAD, SFS, Review artifacts, or the build doc this persona owns). If a node is not in those inputs, omit it. Record the gap under Assumptions in the parent markdown artifact. Do not invent components to make the picture complete.

Use only a diagram type listed for this persona in reference.md. If the operator asks for a type another persona owns, name that persona and stop.

Output

Write only:

  • project-context/diagrams/<persona-id>/<slug>.html — the self-contained diagram
  • project-context/diagrams/<persona-id>/<slug>.svg — export of the <svg>

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
