What is requesting-cursor-delegation?

A handoff rule for sending a task from the Devin command-line tool to Devin Cloud and asking Devin Cloud to give the coding work to Cursor Cloud Agent.

Use it during a Devin CLI /handoff to pass the task to Devin Cloud with instructions to delegate implementation to Cursor Cloud Agent.

It makes the intended delegation path explicit when work moves between these development agents.
