What is requesting-gcloud-bq-auth?

A safeguard for gcloud and bq commands when Google Cloud authentication has expired. gcloud is Google's command-line tool, and bq is the command-line tool for BigQuery, a cloud data warehouse.

Use it after authentication errors from gcloud or bq to explain the required login command, pause the related work, and resume after the user signs in.

It prevents the agent from attempting browser-based or password-based reauthentication on its own when access is no longer valid.
