tapir-archicad-MCP: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/tapir-mcp-codegen/SKILL.md

tapir-mcp-codegen is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from SzamosiMate/tapir-archicad-MCP. It costs 55 tokens per session (2,968 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A code-generation maintenance tool for Tapir MCP tools used with Archicad. It updates or regenerates wrappers from a pinned multiconn release and reviews the related generator configuration.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to update a dependency pin and lockfile, regenerate MCP wrappers, audit configuration or prepare review and pull-request notes.
Why use it?
It keeps generated tools aligned with a chosen dependency release without requiring manual edits to generated files.

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents); $skill-name invocation.

This is SzamosiMate/tapir-archicad-MCP's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on tapir-archicad-MCP itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything tapir-archicad-MCP configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00055 $0.02968
Opus 5.5 $0.00022 $0.01187
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00011 $0.00594
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00297

Security

Grade A, and why

tapir-mcp-codegen scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/codegen_preflight.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Tapir MCP code generation

Update the multiconn dependency, regenerate MCP wrappers, review affected config, and prepare a temporary detailed review, condensed repository record and PR message. Fix generator/config sources and regenerate; do not hand-edit generated wrappers.

Choose the operation

  • Update: select the published multiconn release as below, update its exact dependency pin and lockfile, then complete the review/generation loop.
  • Regenerate: retain the current dependency and regenerate from its exact release metadata. Review config only where regeneration exposes a demonstrated problem.
  • Audit: inspect the current config, models, and generated tools without modifying or staging files. Report findings in the response.

Example: $tapir-mcp-codegen update to multiconn 0.9.6 / Tapir 1.7.3.

Select the multiconn release

Updating pyproject.toml is part of this skill; the user need not edit it first.

  • If a multiconn version is explicit, use it and verify any requested Tapir target against that release's SUPPORTED_TAPIR_VERSION.
  • If only a Tapir version is explicit, first check whether a manually updated dependency pin selects a published release supporting exactly that version. Otherwise choose the newest stable published multiconn release whose constant matches the requested Tapir version. Verify the distribution and exact release tag; do not infer compatibility from version numbering or the sibling checkout.
  • For an update with no version specified, select the newest stable published multiconn release and state its supported Tapir version. If the user explicitly asks for the latest Tapir, establish that Tapir release first; do not silently substitute an older supported version.

Preserve a matching manual pin. If explicit targets conflict or no published release supports the requested Tapir version, explain the mismatch before proceeding with a different target. The old comparison baseline comes from the lockfile and generated working tree, with installed version and Git history as corroboration; an already-edited TOML pin is not evidence that generation was completed.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
