Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00025 $0.00397
Opus 5 $0.00013 $0.00198
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00079
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00040

Measured 8d ago against content hash ad7f811a1d4a, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

unemployment-statistics scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Unemployment Fund Statistics

Access

  • Dataset chooser: https://andmed.eesti.ee/information-holders/eesti-tootukassa
  • Dataset metadata API: https://andmed.eesti.ee/api/datasets/slug/{slug}
  • Send a browser-like User-Agent and Origin: https://andmed.eesti.ee if the API edge rejects a bare client.

Retrieve

  1. Use the chooser's 17 dataset links to select the subject and copy its slug. Subjects include registered unemployment, daily registered unemployment, vacancies, services, benefits, work-ability assessment, layoffs, work experience, and skills.
  2. GET api/datasets/slug/{slug}. For registered unemployment, use registreeritud-tootud.
  3. Read distributions; select by titleEt, format, and coverage rather than array position.
  4. Download the chosen URL in accessUrls. These API URLs redirect to short-lived signed object-storage URLs, so do not persist the redirect target.

Return

Preserve dataset slug/title/description, organization, temporal coverage, update time, distribution title, format, byte size, license, stable accessUrls URL, retrieval time, and original workbook headers.

Limits

  • The obsolete https://www.tootukassa.ee/et/statistika-ja-uuringud route renders an error and must not be used.
  • A dataset can contain multiple XLSX distributions for different demographic or geographic cuts.
  • Distinguish month-end stocks, during-month flows, and daily snapshots from titles and headers.

Verify

Require organization.slug: "eesti-tootukassa", public completed metadata, at least one distribution, and a valid XLSX ZIP signature from its stable accessUrls endpoint.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
