What is parent-notifications?

An email workflow for sending parents learning reports, progress updates, and important alerts. It includes scheduled summaries, immediate notifications, and actions triggered by keywords in parents’ emails.

Use it for weekly and monthly learning summaries, achievement alerts, concern flags, and parent email actions such as keyword-based requests.

It keeps families informed without requiring staff to prepare and send every update manually. It also gives parents an email-based way to send supported commands.
