怎么查（七条逻辑链 + 时间线/世界状态）
对照档案（01_人物.md / 03_伏笔追踪.md / 07_时间线.md / 战力表 / 情绪轨迹）逐章核对，详见 references/continuity-check.md：
- 人物行为合理性 —— 行为有动机吗？和人设冲突吗？（通缉犯不会逛街买包子）
- 剧情因果链 —— 新设定有铺垫吗？挖的坑记进伏笔表了吗？（防"突然冒出/挖了不填"）
- 资源变化 —— 钱/道具/兵力只能按剧情增减（防"上章吃不起饭，下章掏十万灵石"）
- 身份暴露状态 —— 维护"知情人名单"：谁知道主角的真实身份/实力/马甲（扮猪吃老虎流命脉）
- 伤势 / 状态延续 —— 重伤/中毒/闭关要持续，到期要兑现（防"垂死→下章大战三百回合"）

- 先读档案（没建档先用

- 出连贯性体检报告（格式见下），矛盾定位到段/章 + 给改法。
- 提示把本章变化（人物状态/资源/时间线/知情人）写回档案，否则下章继续漂。
