不告诉读者"我什么感受"，而是展示"我的身体/动作/语言怎么了"，让读者自己得出那个感受。

工作流
改稿三步（最常用）
- 找：圈出所有"我很X / 他感到X / 心里特别X"的直白情绪句。
- 定：这个情绪下，身体/动作/语言会有什么真实反应？查
references/show-emotion.md的“情绪→外显对照表”。 - 换：用 1–2 个具体细节替换那句直白，必要时加一句潜台词，删掉"我很X"。给"原句 → 改后"对照。
写新场景
直接按 6 条通道写（从 show-emotion.md 取，挑 1-2 条最准的）：
神态/微表情 · 小动作 · 生理反应 · 对话潜台词 · 环境物件烘托(克制) · 留白。
铁律
- 1–2 个准细节就够，别堆五个动作（堆了又油腻、又 AI）。
- 克制：成年人的情绪是收着的，越克制越戳（女频虐点尤其）。"我累了"比嚎啕更狠。
- 环境烘托要具体要轻，别写成"无缘无故的修辞"（"那杯茶早凉了，她也没动" 好过 "心如刀绞")。
- 极快节奏（番茄打斗/打脸）可适当直给，看场景，不必处处含蓄。
输出
- 改稿：逐句"原句 → 改后"对照，并说明换了哪条通道。
- 新写：直接给可感的描写片段。
- 始终保留剧情不变，只改"喊→演"。
