两种模式
模式 A：灵感速记（记录）
把用户的灵感追加到灵感本（默认 灵感本.md，在当前工作目录；没有就创建）。每条记录：

- 不展开、不评判，快速存下即可，保持作者心流。
- 自动打标签（题材/频道/类型），方便日后检索。

模式 B：灵感孵化（一键成稿）
把一个灵感沿"点子 → 卖点 → 大纲 → 初稿"孵化。先和用户确认产出深度和规格：

原则
- 速记模式快，不要展开成大段。
- 孵化模式先确认规格再动笔，尤其字数和章节数。
- 一个灵感能走多远取决于它本身，单薄的点子先帮作者补设定再孵化。
