- 温度藏在克制里，不在台词里：一个不说话的小动作（默默把伞塞过去）＞一段暖心独白。让读者自己捂热那一下（调
references/show-emotion.md）。 - 先冷后暖，暖才有重量：纯甜是假的——先有现实的累/委屈/孤独，再给一点点暖，对比之下才砸到心里。
- 余味=不说满：结尾留一个没说出口的善意/一个开放的小希望，让读者自己补完。
工作流
第 1 步：定主题（一句话）
想让读者感受到什么？例："普通人的努力也有价值""善意可以被传递""小选择也能改变心境"。只定一个，别贪。
第 2 步：搭人物（平凡+缺点+微成长）
- 主角：普通人 + 一个弱点（犹豫/胆小/会妥协）+ 一个小兴趣/怪癖
- 配角：有动机、有瑕疵，不洗白不刻意黑
- 关系：微冲突 + 小温暖
第 3 步：排情节（起承转合，现实逻辑）
- 起：普通生活 + 一个小困扰（要有钩子，别平淡）
- 承：困扰升级 / 小冲突出现
- 转：主角尝试 → 碰壁 → 一个小亮点（现实逻辑：不是贵人开挂）

第 4 步：写（番茄手感 + 温暖收束）
- 开头照样要钩子、要那个具体的小困扰勾住人——温暖≠平淡。
- 用 1–2 个生活小细节撑现实感（外卖、删了又写的消息、独自排队看病…）。
- 情绪"演出来别喊"（调
emotion）；对话用潜台词（调dialogue）。 - 结尾给 1 个温暖亮点，让人轻微释怀或微笑。

把道理翻译成"一个具体的人做了一件具体的小事"：

避雷
强行煽情/鸡汤 · 过度狗血 · 人物非黑即白 · 只为刷爽点。 但也别走反面：温暖向仍要有钩子和冲突，只是收束用温暖而非打脸。
