dashboard-imperatriz

dashboard-imperatriz is a skill for Claude Code from tatagoncalvesof/imperatriz-toolkit. It costs 354 tokens per session (3,839 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A measurement skill for the Travessia Imperatriz mentoring programme. It combines 26 key performance indicators, one for each stage, into HTML dashboards for the programme owner and individual participants.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to calculate stage metrics, compare results with the stated Brazilian premium-mentoring benchmark, flag status by colour, and produce overall and individual dashboards.
Why use it?
It turns progress through the programme into measured results, so effort and activity are not mistaken for completed stages.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00354 $0.03839
Opus 5 $0.00177 $0.01920
Sonnet 5 $0.00071 $0.00768
Haiku 4.5 $0.00035 $0.00384

Security

Grade A, and why

dashboard-imperatriz scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Filosofia central

  2. Benchmark BR mentora high-ticket é a régua. Não comparamos com SaaS americano. Não comparamos com infoproduto low-ticket. A régua é mentoria/consultoria/curso premium no Brasil — o que a Tata e as mentoradas vivem.
  5. Visão Tata vê tudo. Visão mentorada vê só ela. Privacidade entre mentoradas. A Tata cruza Corte inteira pra decidir despacho; a mentorada só vê o próprio painel.
  6. Mensal é o ciclo padrão. Roda dia 1 do mês com dado fechado do mês anterior. Mentorada vê o mês fechado, Tata vê o agregado.

  • Tata vai decidir quem despacha pra próxima Investidura no trimestre
  • Tata quer cases prontos pra documentar (KPIs verdes consistentes 3+ meses)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
