What is deepiri-cross-repo?

A workflow for coordinating changes across multiple code repositories, including repositories linked as submodules. It also covers creating coordinated pull requests, which are proposed code changes for review.

Use it for multi-repository changes, submodule updates, and coordinated pull request workflows.

It helps keep related repositories aligned when one change affects several codebases. Repository rules and team procedures are checked before work begins.
