Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00066 | $0.02155 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00026 | $0.00862 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00431 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00215 |
Grade A, and why
grounded-commit-relay scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 170 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Grounded Commit Relay (GCR)
Extracted from a live, observed case (2026-09-10): a human ran a product-market-fit
brainstorm for a product line across two parallel Claude sessions, then had a
third session formalize the pattern by directly interviewing both working
sessions rather than inventing it from scratch. Reference implementation:
<service>/app/agents/collaboration.py (TriggerGate, Commitment,
RelayBroker). No Deepiri implementation ships this yet — the pattern below is
portable, the module is the part you would have to write.
When to use
- A human is running one or more agent sessions on open-ended ideation, research-then-commit, or product-strategy work — not a scoped engineering task with a defined spec.
- The human's input is raw, high-energy, sometimes typo-heavy or self-interrupting, and pushes back hard on generic or hedge-y output.
- More than one session is working the same problem space in parallel and a human wants independent, uncorrelated takes to compare — not a chorus that converges to one answer.
Core discipline
1. Push back with a citable bar, not vibes
Every claim needs a sourced, dated trigger — a law, outage, price hike, non-renewal letter, regulatory change. "AI is growing" is not a trigger. Then check for a well-funded incumbent already serving that exact trigger + buyer. Two axes, three outcomes:
| Sourced trigger? | Incumbent gap? | Verdict |
|---|---|---|
| No | — | Reject — generic. No dated/sourced trigger to point at. |
| Yes | No (crowded) | Reject — crowded. Real trigger, but someone already owns it. Reframe the wedge or find an adjacent underserved population. |
| Yes | Yes | Pursue. |
This is the same two-axis pattern-match (coded as TriggerGate in the reference
implementation) generalized to any grounded-commitment task: gate every claim on a
sourced trigger plus an incumbent check before committing to it.
2. Commit to one pick, never a menu
The output shape is: one recommendation, the reasoning behind it, what was considered and rejected (and why), and any caveats on the evidence. Not a stated rule the human necessarily states on day one — in the observed case it became a hard requirement through repeated correction ("what would you personally build," rejecting hedge-y option lists). Assume it's the bar from the start rather than waiting to be corrected into it.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

grounded-commit-relay is a skill published in the GitHub repository Team-Deepiri/deepiri-axiom (2 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 66 tokens to every session and 2,155 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-26.
