Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00023 | $0.04942 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00012 | $0.02471 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00988 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00494 |
Grade A, and why
telnyx-numbers-java scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
This is a copy
91% identical to telnyx-numbers-go — 494 lines differ, which has more behind it and is treated as the original. This page carries a canonical link to it rather than competing with it.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 467 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Telnyx Numbers - Java
Installation
<!-- Maven -->
<dependency>
<groupId>com.telnyx.sdk</groupId>
<artifactId>telnyx</artifactId>
<version>6.89.0</version>
</dependency>
// Gradle
implementation("com.telnyx.sdk:telnyx:6.89.0")
Setup
import com.telnyx.sdk.client.TelnyxClient;
import com.telnyx.sdk.client.okhttp.TelnyxOkHttpClient;
TelnyxClient client = TelnyxOkHttpClient.fromEnv();
All examples below assume client is already initialized as shown above.
Error Handling
All API calls can fail with network errors, rate limits (429), validation errors (422), or authentication errors (401). Always handle errors in production code:
import com.telnyx.sdk.models.availablephonenumbers.AvailablePhoneNumberListParams;
import com.telnyx.sdk.models.availablephonenumbers.AvailablePhoneNumberListResponse;
AvailablePhoneNumberListResponse availablePhoneNumbers = client.availablePhoneNumbers().list();
Common error codes: 401 invalid API key, 403 insufficient permissions,
404 resource not found, 422 validation error (check field formats),
429 rate limited (retry with exponential backoff).
Important Notes
- Phone numbers must be in E.164 format (e.g.,
+13125550001). Include the+prefix and country code. No spaces, dashes, or parentheses. - Pagination: List methods return a page. Use
.autoPager()for automatic iteration:for (var item : page.autoPager()) { ... }. For manual control, use.hasNextPage()and.nextPage().
Reference Use Rules
Do not invent Telnyx parameters, enums, response fields, or webhook fields.
- If the parameter, enum, or response field you need is not shown inline in this skill, read references/api-details.md before writing code.
- Before using any operation in
## Additional Operations, read the optional-parameters section and the response-schemas section.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

telnyx-numbers-java is a skill published in the GitHub repository team-telnyx/ai (212 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 23 tokens to every session and 4,942 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. It is 91% identical to telnyx-numbers-go, differing in 494 lines, and is treated as a copy.
Other skills, from other repositories
layered-architecture
Use when generating or modifying any Spring Boot class — controllers, services, repositories, DTOs, mappers, or configuration. Enforces strict layer separation and prevents business logic from leaking across boundaries.
multi-module-maven
Use when working in a multi-module Maven project. Covers parent POM conventions, shared dependency management, inter-module rules, and build ordering.
api-versioning
Use when versioning Spring MVC or WebFlux APIs in Spring Boot 3 / Spring Framework 6. Covers explicit URL, header, and media-type strategies, compatibility rules, and deprecation handling.
http-interface-clients
Use when calling external HTTP APIs from Spring Boot 3 / Spring Framework 6 with declarative HttpExchange interfaces. Covers manual proxy registration, RestClient versus WebClient, and timeout and error handling conventions.
null-safety
Use when annotating nullability in Spring Boot 3 / Spring Framework 6 code, integrating Kotlin, or adding static nullability checks without assuming Spring Framework 7 JSpecify defaults.
container-native-deployment
Use when packaging a Spring Boot 3 application as an OCI image or GraalVM native executable. Covers buildpacks, layered images, JVM containers, AOT hints, probes, security, and verification.
