Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.00518 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00259 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00104 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00052 |
Grade A, and why
rss-keyword-monitor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 41 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Telemark Feed Search
Use this skill only for bounded, on-demand searches of public feed URLs supplied by the user. It does not access private feeds, create webhooks, reset state, or keep monitoring after the conversation ends.
Search workflow
- Require one or more complete public feed URLs.
- Map the user's keywords, regular expressions, exclusions, and requested match fields exactly.
- If the user asks for all, every, unlimited, or no-limit results without a positive numeric cap, do not call a tool. Explain the 100-result maximum and ask the user to choose a cap from 1 to 100.
- Otherwise keep
maxResultsexplicit and no greater than the user's requested cap. Use 3 for a small preview. - Call
search_public_feed_items. Telemark Digital funds this bounded search; the user is not charged and no user execution account is connected. Availability is subject to the shared daily and monthly capacity limits. - If the returned status is nonterminal, call
get_public_feed_search_statusonly with the signedrunIdfrom that search. - After status
SUCCEEDED, callget_public_feed_search_resultsonly with the signeddatasetIdreturned for the same run and a limit no greater thanmaxResults.
Recommended bounded input:
{
"feeds": ["https://blog.apify.com/rss/"],
"keywords": ["automation"],
"regexPatterns": [],
"excludeTerms": [],
"matchFields": ["title", "description"],
"maxResults": 3,
"waitSecs": 45
}
Treat an empty result as valid when no public item matches. Never invent feed items or claim background monitoring.
This is an original bounded-search workflow, not an account connector or arbitrary pass-through. It fetches only the public feed URLs supplied for the request, applies Telemark Digital's keyword, regular-expression, exclusion, field-selection, bounding, and result-minimization logic, and returns only the documented public fields.
Safety and privacy
Do not use authenticated or private feed URLs. Do not request or transmit credentials, restricted data, sensitive personal data, webhook settings, or confidential source data. Returned rows are limited to public feed, title, link, date, description, and match fields.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

rss-keyword-monitor is a skill published in the GitHub repository Telemark-Digital/apify-monitoring-workflows (1 stars, last pushed 10d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 34 tokens to every session and 518 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
