Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00026 | $0.00487 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00013 | $0.00244 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00097 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00049 |
Grade A, and why
ted-tender-monitor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
TED Tender Monitor
Use this skill for bounded one-off discovery of official TED procurement notices through the Apify Actor uplifted_novice_vbl/ted-tender-watch. The Actor is independent and is not affiliated with TED, the European Union, or the Publications Office of the European Union.
Direct Actor Use
Before calling the MCP Actor tool, identify the CPV code, country, keyword, notice type, or value filter. Default to sampleMode: true for discovery. Apify charges can apply to Actor runs and delivered tender records, so keep preview limits small.
Recommended discovery input:
{
"sampleMode": true,
"cpvCodes": ["30"],
"countries": ["FRA"],
"keywords": [],
"minValueEur": 0,
"noticeTypes": ["cn-standard"],
"includeChangeNotices": false,
"lookbackDays": 3,
"maxNewPerRun": 25
}
Use only the MCP Actor tool for uplifted_novice_vbl/ted-tender-watch. Do not call unrelated Apify Actor tools or broaden the actor set. If the first response does not include enough dataset detail, use get-dataset-items only with the dataset ID from that same run and keep its limit small. Use get-actor-run or get-key-value-store-record only when needed for that same run. Never call abort-actor-run during normal discovery; abort only when the user explicitly asks to stop a run.
Monitoring Boundary
When the user asks to monitor, schedule, alert, or deliver only new or changed tenders over time, explain that this plugin does not run in the background. Tell them to create a persistent saved Apify Task, disable sampleMode, verify maxNewPerRun <= 999, and connect the repository n8n workflow or the public Make shared scenario.
Do not place webhook URLs, tokens, private opportunity lists, customer identifiers, or secrets in examples.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ted-tender-monitor is a skill published in the GitHub repository Telemark-Digital/apify-monitoring-workflows (1 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 26 tokens to every session and 487 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
