Octop is a self-hosted, multi-user AI assistant that runs multiple specialized agents and connects them to chat interfaces, tools, and external services. It is for individuals, families, and teams who want a locally operated assistant with shared experts and persistent capabilities. Catalogue add-ons extend its agent and assistant workflows.

筛选顺序
- 与档案中的科室和亚专业直接相关。
- 与基层高频场景、质控、报告、随访、慢病管理或转诊识别相关。
- 与职称学习深度匹配。
- 有权威原文、发布机构和发布时间。
- 同一主题优先最新且当前有效的正式版本，并核对替代或废止信息。
- 先按科室/亚专业匹配专业学会信源路由并做限定域名增量检索；没有匹配项时才扩大到通用白名单，不得在一次提醒中遍历全部 91 个中华医学会分会。
- 用户要求国际补充或国内无覆盖时，可纳入国际 A 级官方正式指南，但普通主题只从 WHO、NICE、ESC、ADA、KDIGO 默认池选择最匹配的 1 站；明确属于 GINA、GOLD、ACG、EASL 等体系时直接访问对应官网。只有首站确实不覆盖时才增加第 2 站，不并行铺开。必须明确制定机构、地区适用性和版本；不得替代国内现行文件。
- A/B 均未取得正式原文时可做一次全网检索；只找到声明转述自权威期刊的页面时，最多作为“C级待核验线索”披露原始出处身份和未核验状态，不得列入“可靠更新”或生成精确变化要点。
