Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00084 | $0.00804 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00034 | $0.00322 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00017 | $0.00161 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00080 |
Grade A, and why
database scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 23d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 69 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Database
1. Does this project need one?
A marketing site usually does not. Form submissions can go to a CRM or an email service; content belongs in a CMS. Add a database when there is genuinely relational, queryable, project-owned data. Say so if there is not.
2. Pick for the runtime, not the brand
framework.renderModel and the deploy target decide more than the vendor does.
- Serverless / edge functions — connections are the problem, not SQL. Use a pooled or HTTP-based driver (Supabase's pooler, Neon serverless, PlanetScale, Turso). A plain long-lived TCP pool in a serverless function exhausts connections under load.
- A long-lived Node server — a normal pool is fine.
- Static/SPA with no server at all — you cannot talk to a database from the browser safely. Either add a serverless function layer, or use a service designed for public clients with row-level security enforced server-side.
3. The rules that actually bite
- Connection strings are not interchangeable. Most hosted Postgres offers a pooled string for app runtime and a direct one for migrations and dumps. Transaction-mode pooling does not support prepared statements — disable them in the client. Running migrations through the pooler is the single most common setup failure.
- Store both strings, validated, server-only in the env module. Never behind the public prefix.
- Use current keys. Vendors rotate their key model (publishable/secret pairs replacing legacy JWTs). The secret key bypasses row-level security entirely — server only, never imported into a component.
- Row-level security on every table holding user data, with an index on any column a policy filters. A table with RLS on and no policy is locked; a table with RLS off is wide open. Neither by accident.
- Never point local development at the production database. A schema push rewrites it. Separate project, branch, or local instance.
- One owner of the schema. If a CMS manages its own tables, it owns their migrations too — do not hand-write migrations against them.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

database is a skill published in the GitHub repository textura-agency/ai-design-vault (25 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed Unlicense. It adds 84 tokens to every session and 804 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-14.
