Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00061 | $0.00465 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00024 | $0.00186 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00093 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00047 |
Grade A, and why
money-boundary-judgment scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
money-boundary-judgment
Policy assumed: all monetary values are Decimal. Some frameworks only accept Double. The rule is kept by converting exactly once, at the edge, in the right direction.
1. Is Double actually forced?
Check the API's accepted types in the framework's current documentation before assuming. If Decimal works, use it and stop.
2. Which direction?
| Direction | Where it happens | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Decimal -> Double | Display-only sinks (chart plot values, progress) | Convert at the last line before the framework (NSDecimalNumber(decimal:).doubleValue). The Double never flows back into money math. |
| Double -> Decimal | Inputs (framework parameters, parsed numbers) | Do not use Decimal(double): it carries binary error (e.g. 0.1 becomes 0.1000000000000000055...). Go through a string or round to currency minor units, then use only the Decimal. |
3. Is there math on the Double side?
Averages, sums, percentages of money are computed in Decimal first and converted after. A Double on a money-named variable that feeds arithmetic is not a boundary; it is the bug.
4. Mark it
Put // money-boundary: <which framework, which direction> on the declaration line, for example // money-boundary: charts plot value, Decimal -> Double. This is an optional convention: any linter or grep-based check for Double-typed money variables can look for the marker and accept the line, and the reason stays on record.
5. Test the conversion
For Double -> Decimal inputs: a test at limit-1, limit, limit+1 of the minor-unit precision (e.g. 19.989, 19.99, 19.991), asserting the exact Decimal.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

money-boundary-judgment is a skill published in the GitHub repository The-Artificer-of-Ciphers-LLC/skills-from-the-artificer (6 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 61 tokens to every session and 465 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-15.
