What is query-knowledge-base?

A local knowledge-base lookup tool for questions about Agent Core rules or the currently selected project. It separates confirmed information from guesses and outside sources.

It is for answering questions about agent rules, protocols, skills, architecture, planning, safety, and active project context.

It reduces the risk of mixing project facts with general knowledge or unsupported assumptions.
