- What Went Well — positive patterns observed in the data.
- What Could Improve — friction points with suggested actions.
- Key Metrics — commit counts, PR throughput, incident counts with trends.
- Action Items — concrete follow-ups with suggested owners.
- Output the filled template as a markdown document.
