Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00019 $0.00496
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00248
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00099
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00050

Security

Grade A, and why

customer-360 scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

/customer-360 — Customer Profile

Algorithm

  1. Find the customer with list_customers (filter_name / filter_email / filter_phone, page, limit). Take the numeric id from the match.
  2. Pull the card with get_customer (id, by:"id" or by:"externalId", detail:"full").
  3. List their orders with list_orders (filter_customer set to the customer name, detail:"full") — count them and sum the totals.
  4. Read what changed recently: customers_history (filter_date_from / filter_date_to, or filter_since_id for incremental sync).
  5. Read the manager notes: customer_notes_list (filter_customer_id).
  6. Check which marketing segments they fall into with list_segments (filter_active:true).
  7. If the user dictates a follow-up note, write it with customer_notes_create (customer_id, text).

Notes

  • list_customers matches names partially — always show the user the candidate list before committing to one id.
  • Duplicates: merge_customers (result_customer_id + merged_customer_ids) is destructive — the merged records are deleted. Never call it without explicit user confirmation of the exact ids.
  • With RETAILCRM_READONLY set, the write tools are unavailable; report that instead of retrying.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
