sales-summary

sales-summary is a skill for Claude Code from theYahia/WWmcp. It costs 20 tokens per session (511 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A RetailCRM sales-reporting tool that summarises orders, revenue, average order value, order statuses, new customers, and recorded costs for a date range.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps produce period sales reports, translate internal status codes into readable names, calculate gross margin, and record a new expense when instructed.
Why use it?
It brings sales and cost data together and warns when a report is incomplete, so revenue is not presented as final before all orders are included.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00020 $0.00511
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00255
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00102
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00051

Security

Grade A, and why

sales-summary scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

/sales-summary — Period Sales Report

Algorithm

  1. Resolve the period. Default: the current month to date. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD.
  2. Call get_orders_summary (date_from, date_to, optional filter_status, max_pages up to 20). It returns totalCount, revenue, averageOrderValue and byStatus.
  3. Check the partial flag in the response: true means revenue/status were aggregated over fewer orders than totalCount — say so explicitly and raise max_pages before quoting the revenue as final.
  4. Call get_customers_summary (date_from, date_to) for the new-customer count in the same window.
  5. Translate status codes to names with list_statuses — never print raw codes to the user.
  6. Pull the period expenses with list_costs (filter_date_from, filter_date_to, optional filter_cost_groups) and subtract them from revenue for a gross margin line.
  7. If the user dictates a new expense, record it with create_cost (summ, cost_item, date_from).

Notes

  • totalCount is always exact; revenue and byStatus are only exact when partial is false.
  • get_orders_summary filters by creation date, not by completion date — a long fulfilment cycle shifts revenue between periods.
  • For a drill-down into which orders make up the number, use list_orders with the same filter_date_from / filter_date_to.

Response Format

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
